The authorization was for 1.5 million shares, not a dollar amount. I don't think today's action had much to do with the buy back, because I think they've been buying back shares since 11 dollars a share (four weeks ago).

But Allen, I agree with you that we should be cautious, and that the downside risk may still be hanging around. And as far as me talking about 0, I was having wierd dreams that the SEC was putting chains and locks on the front doors of CKFR.
