Yes, on Fridays I look at them no later than 10:15 and usually around 10:00. The reason is that if its an up day, and Friday's tend to be when preceeded by one or two down days, there is a lot more morning volume and trading. I suspect part of this is traders offloading before the weekend, and some short squeeze/covering going on. At any rate. Also, Judy/Mr. Pink's and my favorite child fund managers are eagerto get off for the weekend and tend to do business a little earlier (which is why I think it starts later on Monday's, btw). Middafternoon Friday usually brings some surges in trading - about 2 instead of the 2:30 time frame I normally look for. Lets see, what else, oh yea, I usually wait until very close to close to exit if things are running up and I am not holding ovedr the weekend, as the price sometimes rise steeper on Friday near close.
