CATS is a turn-around company. They are expected to have really
good earnings (which will be reported in mid January).

My 3-6 month outlook on CATS is $10-11.

Look at the charts and you'll see that CATS is trading at a good
level right now.

I think the whole budget battle and the downgrading of Micron Tech
and chip stocks have kept prices of all tech stocks relatively low.

Right now is a really good time to buy for short term. I would
buy CATS right now and look for a near term price of around $8.

You can probably gain about 15-20% on CATS by year-end...which is
pretty good.

I would sell CATS before or on the day of the earnings report.

For more details on CATS...see the CATS discussion section.
