lisa: Do as I do, put all your personal information files on a a zip disk. (Or other removable medial.) When on line...remove it!

I keep all my records, Act database, TaxCut files, Quicken files, Communications and all data files on a zip disk.

Keep your program files on the fixed disk and keep all data files generated on a removable disk.

AND, remove the disk when on the net! If you need to access it while on the net, access the file and then remove the disk as soon as you are done!

Regards,
LG
