Ron, the answer is no. Sprint plans to borrow $3 billion and loan it to S-PCS but that's not enough to cover their needs for the next year.
As to looking at the 400+ S-3, it's not an easy read but if you know what you're looking for, 150 pages deep will tell you all you need to know. The rest is not worth the effort.

P.S. Fortunately for NXTL, Akerson had the foresight in March or so to secure financing through sometime next year.
