Zeev-

My long awaited reply to you question as to why RNTK will be different that the others w/ leaking floors. The TX contract/deal will support share price for a while just on belief in future earnings and the validation of the company and its technology. RNTK has $3MM in the bank and is (reportedly) negotiating to purchase a cash cow (hopefully related to its core business, IMO). But more importantly, they have several other pans in the fire and a JV going on right now that very likely will make them the most competitive pure GTL play out there. Expect news in 4 to 6 weeks on JV results and rapid fire deals as other players fall in line due to TX validation. Cashflow, therefore should not be the issue it has been in past. Capitalization should be high and no more dilution should be necessary. The spiral stops here.

Oh, around 40MM outstanding is what I understand and Yes some hard cash from TX would be nice - I am more interested in this part of the deal though:

"Texaco and Rentech will share revenues from plants licensed under this agreement."

Good luck and congrats to all fellow longs.

Special thanks to Sandie and especially TM (for pointing this one out to me). You guys have taken a lot of uncalled for CRAP over the past few days, IMO.

Eric
