Options expire on the 3rd Saturday each month (effectively, the preceeding Friday),David. Just like you said.
I have the dates. My options broker sent me a snazzy 1997 Stock Trader's Almanac.
But in February, options expire on Friday, February 21, which is the third Friday. I do not know why the Pilot would show February 14 unless MY calendar is wrong.
There are five Fridays in January, the 3,10,17(option expiration),24 and 31.
In February Fridays fall on the 7th, 14th, 21(option expiration)and 28.
The USRX Pilot looks like it will be great. I began installing addresses today because I am still writing xmas cards and letters.
I install the addresses on my pc along with custom notes. Save to my PC, then via Hot Link save to the Robot.
It is so easy to use. My housemate installed it for me. I understand you can cut and paste and do all sorts of neat editing tricks.
We did have problems with installation. We had to buy a new serial port because our others are in use.
The Pilot would not work until my housemate moved some of the devices on our machine to other interrupts.
I am mentioning this because it took us a long time to figure out the problem. My housemate is NOT a computer scientists.
So, just in case, there are other non-technical people who are trying to install the Pilot, you might have trouble if your present serial ports are in use and you have to add a new one.
