On one level I can understand your and Rebs enthusiasm (2.92 book value, 0.32 cent estimate for 9/99). On the other hand if their acquisitions were agreed with RECY at the $4 -$6 level, it would seem these acquisitions may be renegotiated at the expense of significant dilution to RECY. Does anyone have information regarding what percentage of the planned acquisitions are cash and what percentage are stock? How much dilution is expected from the proposed acquisitions? What does RECY typically pay to buy a firm with $100 million/yr in revenue.

I've also been buying CMI [BV=6 (3.20 subtracting out goodwill), 99 estimate of $0.50]. Do you or others follow other washed out small caps that look interesting? (Best to diversify with these, as I suspect some of these fine companies may not survive).

Best Regards,
Garry
