So Mr. Market has turned quite depressive, hasn't he?? :-)

"buy and hold" assumes a time frame of over a couple months - more like a couple of decades. I like the fact that the market is down for the time being as my money buys more shares right now. I'm young - I have a long way to go.

In the meantime, the share count swells as the prices decline. Not a bad situation.

P.S. IMHO, insider sales mean about as much as your two dimes. Other over-hyped "investment" gauges -
1) momentum,
2) short interest and the ever elusive short squeeze,
3) all TA
4) most option strategies
