Mark, Theo is the only analyst still covering HLIT. I think he is wrong,but I have been wrong,but so have they. I think revenues will be above 23 million,a record,and earnings will be in the single digits. They are on the cusp of greatness,and I hope T and Armstrong take notice of the small company in Sunnyvale delivering the best optoelectronics in the world. The billions of dollars AT&T is spending on developing its IP infrastructure and related businesses also includes the pending deal to acquire cable giant TCI, its global virtual private network business -- which has British Telecommunications Plc. as a European partner -- as well as several other initiatives announced Thursday.
