I've had a chance to do some investigation into this company and its affiliates through a proprietary database (my employers who shall go nameless) and I come up with NOTHING. I did a search for ZMAX, MEDITERRANEAN, ORYX GOLD, even CENTURY SERVICES, and there was no information on any one of these firms.

This leads me to believe that any/all of these firms are VERY SMALL, OR VERY NEW. Given that to be the case, IMHO, I would be very cautious.
