Following was posted on the Stockman page:

"Subject: MTEN Reg S Shares

Hello LeRoy,

I just wanted to point out that, the Reg S shares in MTEN (at
least, in my case) are from a company called Southstar Productions,
and are for a pre-split value of 100:1.
(There is a $30 filing fee I have to pay to have these Rule 144
shares transferred first; then, the 35,000 shares are equal to 350
shares). So, the 'dilution' of MTEN may not be as bad as some folks
think. Timbo"

Could you sort out for me the 100:1 pre-split value? What does the reference to Reg S shares have to do with Rule 144 shares?

Also if the Reg S shares have been leaking into the float since late summer I wonder why the share price only dropped in December? Now that we have a week of price increases we suddenly get the news on Reg S shares. Maybe a short position is getting pinched by the run up and is try to worry us stock holders into selling and bringing the price back down.

By the way GG posted the Reg S warning on Stockman also so you might want to post your rebuttle there also. Sure would like to keep this little recover alive!
