The release sounds a bit strange... perhaps that is why the stock fell...

Questions unanswered by the release:

How will they pay for the acquisition? How many shares will this cost while shares are going for .30?

Is this an employee leasing or staffing agency? Makes a big difference, profit-wise.

The "unaudited" Pre-tax profits seem awfully high given the falling margins for IT staffing organizations, as evidenced by HIR's earnings warning today:
