Caffeine, if addictive, is mildly addictive.

I think that the main issue is nicotine and not other addictive substances. It's not fair to make a product, that is harmful to people's health, and to make it addictive.

But they don't need any help doing things that are harmful to them. It's not a level playing field when you put an extremely addictive product, like nicotine, in a harmful product.

Anyway........ what are your plans, this time, to quit smoking? Do you feel that you have a change at succeeding? The only reason that I was able to quit was because each cigarette burned my lungs like hell. I had no choice. And it still took me eight years to get over the urge.
