Ron, Nice idea but I don't think it will work, unless I'm missing something. My cost basis is 17 1/2, not 7-1/2. And I can't get enough money selling calls to buy back the puts. The puts are at $8 or a bit more, while selling Jan calls at 15 would generate 1/8; selling calls at 7.5 would only generate less than $1. So I'd have to sell eight times as many Jan 7.5's to pay for buying back the puts. I don't have that much of the stock. <g> I'm stuck, right?
