Greg, Suppose for sake of argument that the Reg-D shareholders told ANCR that they would lay off the stock if ANCR aquiesced to some terms ANCR thought was unreasonable. I.E. suppose this group of boneheads wanted exclusive rights to future financing deals. ANCR thought things were going really well and they told these guys to go ahead and eat them... Egos flare! and ANCR stock drops!!!!!! Move the rest of your shares geniouses... Or use your brains and maximize your profits. Your call bungholes.... Steve Soppose what happens when the street realizes what is happening and gladly absorbs the shares. The little egos fold like a limp penis. C'mon boys -- Dump away. Pansies...
