TDFX selling directly pisses off boardmaker partners. Not that they haven't pissed us off, but there may be contract matters there. Also, if it was simply a second board, how would it work with the different cards already on the market? Yeah, sure, we know it could be done, but they just stated on the AGN interview that they wouldn't do that. I would like to believe that something exciting is coming...unfortunately, TDFX doesn't know how to manage expectations- and I'm not just talking about stockholder expectations. They don't even know how to manage consumer expectations. Oct. 12 will come, and we will all be disappointed. Perhaps the big announcement will be "Drivers that actually allow you to run a Banshee and V2 in the same system"
