Randy, you're pretty good at dragging irrelevant stuff into this. I STILL fail to see why you think these other companies are relevant. WE ARE TALKING NEXT APPLE and that is ALL.

To reiterate: The Mercury said there was ONE PERSON at NEXT who was CALLING other companies (not just one) hoping to SELL NEXT to one of those parties. You call this what YOU WANT. I call it a CONCERNED employee, SHOPPING the company, which he obviously felt could not survive or thrive on its own. Translation: He was looking for someone who would think BUYING NEXT was a good idea. Again, feel free to paint this any way you want. But I continue to look at it >>as some kind of last gasp desparation move to save a dying company<<
