Interesting to note that when REXI was trading around 35 everyone was really optimistic, saying the stock can't go anywhere but up. Only a few people were leery that it was overvalued. Now that the stock has dropped to less than a quarter of that value, everyone is saying it can't go anywhere but down. Only a few people seem to be saying that it might be worth a bit more than its current price.
