Yes, RealTick III is multi-threaded, but only one thread does MOST of the work. And I do mean MOST! I saw 7 threads for rt332.exe. Thread 0 logged over 5 1/2 hours of execution, while the other threads logged logged fractions of a minute with one logging 1 1/2 minute.

A multi-processor system will still be very useful since the resource intensive RT3 will more than likely run exclusively on one processor while the OS will probably be running on the other.
