On Topic- Joe Medsker, Brad, James, Joe Murphy, Jumpin' Steve, All, I want to say what a great group you and the majority of all the other participants of this thread are. You're all so warmly human in your empathy. Your comments and insights show a genuine ability to get "outside" yourselves to sympathize and understand anothers inner concerns based on more than just the dollars and cents. Please know this is not a maudlin attempt to compliment this thread. What I've seen here is a unique group of individuals who have been thrown together by fate interacting in an exemplary way people who care about people should be acting. This is rare and wonderful. When this company goes to where we all believe it will, I hope there will be some sort of get together for a day so we all can celebrate not only the success of our investment, but also the gift of our paths crossing and the synergy of positive growth in the head, heart and soul that has resulted for so many of us here.
