Thank you Lyle for your kind response,

I just have a strong dislike for people losing money big time by not cutting losses. It "pains" me. I am very happy for you that you have profited well and I am glad to hear that.

I trade best on the sentiment/perception of others and that is what I go by mainly. I am not a long term investor because I do not trust "long-term" and that is just my personal framework--too much can happen. I was telling someone else on another thread that I think range trading is one of my favorite wisdoms in investing/trading--and I guess that is as long term as I trust!! I also view it as a maximizing technique and while I am not able to fully maximize, I can see the potential and that is one of my first steps.

I would rather make money (this is just me)in the market than be right about a company(let's just say ZITL is bogus for fun) than lose bundles of money because the force on the other side is too strong. I mean if the market is degrees of fear and greed then that is what I am working on fathoming to trade on---mine and all the other market players/investors.

Good luck with your investing and I wish you well.

Autumn
