***OFF TOPIC*** Doug, sorry for the delayed response, I had some technical difficulties with my PC. (A.I.-Amnesty International) Over the past several months I have read posts here on SI that stated both the GOS and SPLA were guilty of human rights abuses. This made me wander how Dr Garang and A.I. stood . My point is this, currently the GOS is refusing A.I. monitors to be based inside Sudan. Perhaps this situation may be worth some though for any upcoming peace negotiations. Ed
