Bill, Believe it or not, all the markets have completed a measured move downward and are ripe for a rally of some respectable proportions. This, with outside key reversals in the brokerage group and companies like IBM ready to make new highs, I believe the bull just opened his eyes from a peaceful rest and is ready to give the bears a run for their money.
