TM, yesterday, institutions may have intentionally spreaded ridiculous rumor of lowering the rate before November so the false rally came about....IMO, people is very scary now with high PE stocks...they will sell more until their confidence comes back ...not overnight of course....However, a short lived big rally could come if the $18B IMF is approved by Congress...And then stocks will be heading down again....Alot of key business executives said yesterday that we may be in recession or zero growth next year for at least several quarters....And guess what, GOLD will outperform all others...
