DJ, there may a bit more to all this than meets the eye. ACA might be conserving it's cash. Spending it wisely and I'll agree with that cause financing these days is brutal to shareholders. See PUG's recent 3MM share liquidation for $3/4 if a mil!, not counting the warrants/options. I'm surprised ACA still has over 12MM in the bank since the last financing. - regards - denis
