Hello Zonkie... Unfortunately it seems, you've picked a rather ugly time to visit out little thread... The company a scam? Well, I am thoroughly convinced it isn't... but prove it? That is a very difficult thing to do... Probably, the best I can do is to offer some circumstantial evidence - what I consider strong circumstantial evidence. Look at how long the company has been operating... over 2 years as either DGIV or DiVN. Jimmy Chin has been around even longer from the parent company Digiticom Interactive Multimedia (DIM). Also... look at what what is happening with insider sales... none to speak of, at least in the last 6 months... and that traces back to when the stock was $8 a share.
