You can't absorb 30 - 40% declines, deflations, and total economic collapse of 40% of the world economy for 12 months straight. There is no quick fix on the horizon, NO ONE is in charge, and no one with any credibilty to take charge. I am not saying the sky is falling, but I think I can touch the Sun with my little pinky.
