Coffee, if you would go back into the ctys thread, you would notice that the reasoning for my bearishness was not just the death spiral effect of a floorless instrument, but the fact that a company needs to resort to such an instrument indicates its financial strength. Any business model needs financial resources to be executed correctly, the presence of a floorless serves as a "warning signal" that such resources might not be available. So far, using this indicator for determining the long term viability of a going enterprise has worked pretty well for me in the last two years, avoiding disaster such as AKSEF, CTYS, TTRIF, CHTL, EXSO, CAFE, AIPN, HEC, GATE to name just a few. RNTK might be the exception that proves the rule. Zeev
