Reza -- I think it's fair to say MOT, NEC and TI are heavily involved in Amati. Whether in the form of shares I don't know, though I think they'd be filed if they were. I know NEC is presently building a fab plant for VDSL chips somewhere in Asia and I'd call that serious involvement.
