Mr. Swancy;

Well if you wish to call me a liar maybe their is a reason to do so since if
you try to discredit me whatever I wish to place out their will be looked upon
lightly...........................

I noticed your Web Page  it seems you have to go through many links to get to
this particular page, which in a very unusual way you try to explain a share
transaction with regards to Charlie Steidam;
.htm

You stated on that page On December 11, 1998, others and I verbally
agreed to buy some of the $.50 stock option that was awarded to Charles
Stidham
upon the termination of his consulting contract. Below is the price of the
stock on the date we verbally agreed to buy the $.50 option.

Date Volume High/Ask Low/Bid Close
-------- ---------- ------------- ------------ ----------
12/11/97 37,500 0.35 .3125 .3125

Then you make this statement on your Web Page QUOTE:
Verbally agreed to pay .1875 more for the stock than the market price.
(DUMB)
So I paid a major premium.

You seem to wish to stress the price was at the .31 level and that you paid
a PREMIUM
for the stock since you purchased the stock for .50.

On the very next day the price was; Dec 12, 1997 0.812 Also it seemed to start
trading on Dec. 10, 1997. Why is it Gary that you deemed to pick a date that
held the lowest price???
Out of ALL those days you seemed to focus on that one Hmmmmmmmm.......... So
you can say you paid a PREMIUM?? The following is a complete one year history
show me were you paid a PREMIUM. The only day the price of this stock was that
low was the day you deemed to pick.

I find it interesting that you made no MENTION of the following days
history on
this stock it is as follows;

I also find it strange that you deemed to buy shares on 12/11/1998 since you
made no mention of this Company until Feb. 4 of 1998. As per your posts:

You even started a thread on Feb. 10,  for CNHH

So what happened to this deal.................................

Monday February 23, 11:01 am Eastern Time
Company Press Release
CNH Holdings enters into agreement to acquire Rod's Well Service
HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 23, 1998--The company announced today that it
has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Rod's Well Service Inc., a
Texas-based oil producing company.

It's going on eight months...........................

Presently, these two operations are generating a gross annual income of
approximately $1.8 million. Additionally, facilities are being surveyed in the
Texas Gulf Coast area for the purpose of Rod's acquiring a down hole oil field
waste disposal installation.

The combined assets of CNH Holdings exceed $4.0 and at the present rate,
revenues for 1998 will be in the $7.0 million to $8.0 million range.

The transaction is in the process of closing and will be completed within
the next week.

That was almost EIGHT months ago........... Is their anything in this shell?

Gary I never lay blame on any investor if the price tanks. I just feel it is
somewhat unethical to acquire shares with an I owe you. You said you paid a
premium well I find that hard to believe since the stock was trading well
above
the price you paid the day after you agreed to purchase it and that is if you
indeed agreed on Dec. 11th as you stated. It just seem odd to me that you said
nothing in relationship to this stock until Feb of 1998 and at the same time
flew down to Dallas to Meet with MIDL and upon your return you immediately
started the thread. Look at the price in the month of February also look at
the
volume ....................

Your story has changed constantly I should know and it seems a bit late to set the record straight in regards to CNHH as well as MIDL if indeed it is accurate and I have my doubts for good reason.

Bottom line you received stock without paying for it who knows how much you really received on other issues. Anyone can call IKAR or any stock I have been involved in and ask if I have been compensated in any way. All my stock I purchased through a broker like any other private investor.

For the record Gary I have never received any compensation from any Company stock, cash barter ect. I think the above explains you to some extent. My records clearly show how I paid for my stock with my own funds. Also there has been NO cash infusion into my account or stock that suddenly appeared.

FOR THE RECORD I THINK THE SEC SHOULD LOOK INTO CNHH AS WELL ABOVE IS MY FORMAL COMPLAINT

Best of Luck
