JOHN! i read on insidertrader.com ,under summary of insider sales for week ended 12/27/96 the following: Amati shrs sold 20000 value 617600 date os sale may 28,1996 @ share price of 30.88 by 1-c(officer) is it possible that it was a mistake or late reporting?? i couldn't make head or tail of this one...? any insights??
