Hello Bobby,

This is my take on the matter. People want to be directly involved with the "play" UNTIL the play becomes an actual mineralized ore body with definite reserves (i.e. Bresea and Bre-X). So, people will buy into Colony Pacific because it is directly involved with the JV agreements with Inco on the island of Sumatra. Indeed, the price appreciation of CYX is SOLELY DUE TO NESBITT BUYING AND NO ONE WANTING TO SELL. Thus, people are willing to pay $9.00 for this stock even though there is a lot of ground work to be done. The best bet is to wait until June-August and buy Colony at $4.00 or so. Notice that Nesbitt has not been a major accumulator of Imperial (going from memory).

It is based on supply and demand and how good the story is. So far, the story behind CYX sounds really good and GREAT for the long-term (i.e. 2 years). Yes, one day imperial will catch up but that might not occur until SOME REAL results come out of the JV properties of CYX/Inco. This is just my opinion and IMP might go to $3.00 tomorrow.

Good luck,

david
