COUNTERPOINT: The weaker dollar inhibits recovery of the export-dominated Japanese economy. Japanese repatriation of funds dry up funds for business loans. Positive Note # 3 A strong Yen will give Japan room to solve their ridiculous banking crisis with public fiat money - just like we jicky dooed the S & L crisis and the RTC.
