Zeev, the health of RNTK is much better.

Zeev, the overall health of a company can be determined at the time of it's issuance of floorless convertibles. I will agree with you 100% that the health of RNTK in early 1998 (and indeed up to yesterday) was not well. However, the deal with Texaco changes this totally around. I am sure that RNTK can now obtain better financing just by showing the details of the TX deal to an investment banker. But even better, RNTK will now have a source of revenue that it didn't have before. That means the need for future loans, stock issuances, or floorless instruments will be much less. And best of all, RNTK will not be using it's limited money to exploit this technology--Texaco will be using their deep pockets. I think we are seeing an absolute turnaround, and RNTK will prove to be the exception to you well documented history.
