TA'ers don't figure it in. Should raise the bottom, but
nobody can tell for sure. Who knows if COMS is actually
buying now at 26+. They may change their buying price if
they see world turmoil. I think there main objective in
buybacks is to reduce the float - if possible....and
give moral support to shareholders. (JMO)
