Griffin Gold Group, Inc. and Escopeta Minerals, Inc. have rights in certain mining claims or
properties believed to contain precious metals. Desert Minerals, Inc., SWM Ventures, Inc., and
Mohave Metals Corporation are refining and developing certain mineral extraction technologies.
DMI Land, Inc. owns two tracts of land that are used as plant sites. These operations are in the
developmental stage and expected to require minimal capital.

To implement development strategies and finance these projects, the Company may establish a
public trading market in the shares of certain subsidiaries through an initial public offering and/or
spin-offs of shares to the Company's shareholders in fiscal 1999.

Chucau,

CHIP's PR today of their fiscal 1998 results:

biz.yahoo.com

From the PR:

"Griffin Gold Group, Inc. and Escopeta Minerals, Inc. have rights in certain mining
claims or properties believed to contain precious metals. Desert Minerals, Inc., SWM
Ventures, Inc., and Mohave Metals Corporation are refining and developing certain
mineral extraction technologies. DMI Land, Inc. owns two tracts of land that are used
as plant sites."

So, Mohave is a subsidiary, which would imply they have acquired the Mohave
property. OTOH, Mohave is not listed in the category of "...certain mining claims or
properties believed to contain precious metals...", but rather in the category of "...are
refining and developing certain mineral extraction technologies...." What does that mean,
if anything? Don't know.

Contrast to NEW PR is scraped from above :

What does that mean,

cHUCA - Thus, Mohave is a plant site and Jobbers bring in dirt from the Mountains...not another Hewitt Custom Milling Operation? Maybe!
