Go to Yahoo.com and look who bought 1,000,000 shares. Cheryl (is this the wife who walked away with 30%of NPCT?) and Paul. According to information there they paid 8 cents/ share. Serves them right or perhaps this was some forced action by the preferred shareholders. Cheaper to buy these shares than pay court costs? Isn't it incredible how cynical one can become? Funded with some sales of NPCT when it was at $5? You would think that management would combat that but no that ain't on the agenda. What was the title of the old Simon and Garfunkle song "Sounds of Silence"?
