Log Point Announces SuperSpeed Software Has Moved From Beta to Commercial Distribution MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 9, 1998--Log Point Technologies Inc. (OTC BB:LGPT - news) announced Friday that it has filed a patent which covers its software products and, as a result, has moved its SuperSpeed(tm) software for beta test to commercial distribution. Log Point expects to start receiving software revenue from some of the many beta testers as they move into commercial production and distribution of their software products. Log Point has begun a major advertisement campaign to promote its SuperSpeed software and hardware. According to Dr. Samuel Shanks, Log Point president, ''This long awaited event means that Log Point will begin receiving revenue from its software to be followed shortly with revenue from its hardware designs.''
