The way the stock's price is going it seems that way.

On the face of it I would have to ask

1) Wouldn't that create a shareholders lawsuit nightmare on the eve of ADSL emergence???

2) Where would Westell turn for additional funding? I guess they could turn around and go public again. But if that happens, I would cover my longs I once owned with a huge short position, knowing they would do it again..

But what could happen is to go private and sell the company. But the sell couldn't finalize until the shareholders lawsuit have been settled.

And of course in the event of a shareholder suit, the objective as a shareholder would be to see the case is drawn out and miserable so NO ONE HAS ANYTHING left..

Surely they aren't that stupid, but who the f____ knows
