We all would love for it to be an RS buy but it is the column of X's or O's that determines the stature of the RS. Positive or negative. If it is RS buy and X's that is very strong. If it is RS sell and X's that is positive. If it is RS buy and O's that is negative. If it is RS sell and O's that is very weak. See?
