Oh I owe it and by George I got the duns to prove it. $37,500.00 worth and it was done the day after the filing was filed. Hate it for you. The transaction is perfectly legal and I have witnesses to that transaction. So again I hate it for you. Now he can sue me or take back the certificate. I do not care because I can't pay for it after getting the certificate 6 months after the fact. But you never liked the truth anyway. Gary
