I care because I have been in this long term. I understand that we should not be concerned with the price tick by tick on a daily basis. But we have to care on a weekly and monthly basis. This stock has credibility by the client base. They are making money, albeit not large earnings at this point, but increasing every quarter.

As for reporting ... Don said in the first conference call that it "had" not been a priority, but that he will be focusing in that direction now. They have to first get the audited financials before they can begin the process. The audited financials are currently being worked on and should be completed within the next 30 days or so. All this talk about reporting now is futile, in my opinion, until we have the audited results. At that point is when they will begin the reporting process which can take several months.

I suggest everyone that has questions call the IR department and talk to them so that they can explain this to you. They cannot become fully reporting until the audited financials are completed ... that is in process. What more can they do at this point? I think this issue has been bandied about an awful lot and that John Baker answered it rather adequately. However, if it is still not understood - ask someone at the company.

In the meantime, the Ameritech news is great. Hutch said that all the RBOCs were very interested, and it seems where one goes others will follow. We got our 2 news releases this week and Scott mentioned there were others that would be coming out in the next couple weeks. So we have more good news to look forward to.

The company is moving forward. The market makers are not going to go away so, until this company gets strong enough to kick butt, it will be a volatile situation. I am confident that the company will succeed and that the market makers will eventually become "friendly" toward us or fade away.
