David, we have direct knowledge that Paul D. and Butch Ellenbecker have never met, and find that you have an uncommon interest in Butch Ellenbecker, since you claim you don't know him and have never met him. Oh! and by the way Gary, the Utah Government is paid to serve the public. Ask all the questions you wish. Management of CSMA doesn't have a good track record with the facts. The real burden is the shambles management has made of CSMA. Hk Boner
