as more hedge funds get blown out of the water..it would seem if there would have to be more unwinding of short gold positions and less hedge fund money to assume gold short positions..
the announcements by Jim Bob and Newmont really suggest a dare me from gold producers..haven't heard that in years?
If Japan gets it act together that is bullish for gold
If Japan doesn't get its act together that is bullish for gold
Rubin wants the Yen higher..that is bullish for gold..
wouldn't be surprised in the slightest if this volatility wasn't abetted by Rubin to get the markets to take care of the hedge funds and all that speculative money..obviously better than regulations with loopholes..and quicker than trying to get the nations to agree on global rules
