Well, ORCL lost alot of credibility due to one bad quarter.
Even after 4 successive "Great" quarters (exceeding all revised expectations), ORCL has continued to languish. ORCL continues to lose Wall St. respect DESPITE the woes its competition face in Asia (ORCL already dealt with their problems there), and DESPITE improving their apps licensing and overall market %.

It is possible to be successful, yet be tarnished due to previous "ill will". If ORCL were priced at a PE of ONLY 40 (compared to 60 and 80 for PSFT and SAP), then they would be at 44....not the current 24 or so.
