Some Finnish newspapers noted that Ollila's comments were aggressively upbeat. I suspect today's bounce is due to Merrill Lynch Mob buying Noka. Could they be sued for slander with malice aforethought? Or maybe depriving us of our civil rights or whatever? I think one of those interminable Daves on Qcom thread is a lawyer... maybe we could slap together a class action suit. Tero
