That NEM release is very bullish. It confirms the sentiment behind the insider buying and appears to be a solicitation to institutional investors. In other words, "I know you're buying, so go with NEM cause we're unhedged and waiting to sell a lot of gold at a better price. Besides, we'll word this announcement so that some people will sell off on this "news" and you'll get a great price."

Ignore the release, but make sure gold finds a bottom soon.
