Chris,
On the 186 shareholders - I'm not sure, but often this number refers to registered holders (i.e., brokers who are holding shares on behalf of clients, as well as any other shareholders who've asked to have the shares transferred directly to themselves). Depending on how the co. is counting, all who own shares thru, say, their E-Trade accounts may be counted as 1 shareholder.
This may not be the case, I don't know.
