Space, we have had a hard decline here so I expect today and Monday (possibly) to be a little stronger, but later next week I expect the decline to continue with a bottom either on the next Monday, or possibly two weeks later. If you have normal shorts, I would not worry about this rally, but if you have October puts, you should not "overstay your welcome" IMHO. I still have as a bottom somewhere in the 7250 to 7300 on the Dow and between 1250 to 1300 on the NAZ. A year end rally, starting early November, would, IMHO, be concentrated in the big caps rather then the undervalued small caps. At least, this is what the Turnips are whispering.
